Pork with Green Peppers

I've been having raging Chinese cravings lately. Chinese food sucks in Florida so I make my own. Here is tonight's dinner. Pork with Green Peppers. If you know the basics of stir frying it is very easy to make. I make it extra saucy so the sauce soaks into the rice.

The evening meal. Szechuan Chili Crisp Chicken. I am not even sure where I got this recipe but it came out freaking delicious. Quite spicy and not for the faint of heart. Although spicy, it didn't ruin the flavors, but my eyes were burning from the steam as I ate it. Recipe included. Try it!
