The evening meal. Szechuan Chili Crisp Chicken. I am not even sure where I got this recipe but it came out freaking delicious. Quite spicy and not for the faint of heart. Although spicy, it didn't ruin the flavors, but my eyes were burning from the steam as I ate it. Recipe included. Try it!
